Feedback from cycling enthusiasts

The MSR is a fixed date in the year for us, the Women's Community. As women, we are a big community there. We feel really comfortable there and our motto is: No one rides alone! I always have great respect for the 300 km. Great organization, friendly people and for me the MSR feels like a good piece of home.

Donna Wandt – Women´s Community Hamburg

Boah. Puh. Uff. What an experience it was again for me and my cycling companions of the Radcrew-Hamburg! The catering, the atmosphere at the depots and especially the people who make it all possible! They are for me once again the proof that great challenges and voluntary work conjure up a very special atmosphere, if it is done with heart and meaningfulness.

Lorenz Krüger – RadCrew Hamburg

From a fixed idea during an after-work round with a colleague, something has emerged that I would not have thought possible. We roll up to the start as a Swiss-Krono team and the whole atmosphere of the MSR helps enormously to strengthen and weld us together as a community. It's almost unbelievable and very touching.

Robert Schneider – Team-Kapitän Swiss-Krono-Bike-Team

I am thrilled by the tangible and visible impetus that the MSR has given to the Mecklenburg Lake District from the very beginning. And this energy inspires me to participate in the MSR again every year! As a result, I am always already top fit by the end of May. I have already ridden the MSR alone, together with my wife and with my son. Every single experience is very special and unforgettable in its own way.

Andreas Graf - Waren an der Müritz

The journey to the MSR from the deepest south of Germany was always worth it. And it already starts with the preparation for the 300 km. It's like a pull that then draws me to the start of the MSR in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in May. I have always started there as a guide for other participants to give them the necessary security. This helps some enormously to get involved in this beautiful adventure and arrive safely. And it gives me additional great pleasure!

Jürgen Schnitter - Hohenfurch in Bayern

MSR is addictive! Because it is just more than just a bike event. I have made new friends, we meet at the MSR and write many new stories on the asphalt. Winning a starting place once started it all and I rediscovered my love for cycling through them. I am really grateful for that!

Tine Rost - Wiesbaden

I have ridden the MSR twice so far and had a lot of fun.Best cycling weather the first time and in the depots always many happy faces. The second MSR was much more challenging due to the weather and it was for meabsolutely impressive how the participants then stuck together and took turns in the lead. The MSR is a challenge that I would not want to miss in my "list of winners".

Max Levy - Cottbus

I really didn't know before how beautiful it is in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Nice hilly terrain, very varied landscape, very good food and well organized. For me it was a mega great day with interesting conversations with other cyclists. MSR: it is the first cycling event after the end of my professional career and I now know a little better what my long-time friend André (Greipel) loves so much about Mecklenburg.
